When you lose an item due to a server crash, submit the ticket to nexon in the bolded format below to get your unenchanted items back asap. Note that it has to be EXACTLY THIS FORMAT or nexon will ignore it and tell u to resubmit.
I wrote it like this orignally:
lost 100 snow golem crystals
Item(s) Lost:
Details: Ch 1 Ruairi server just crashed at around 2:00 am EST, 11 pm pst.
Char name: Sayoko47, items on summoned pet, Hopefully
Server: Ruairi
Items Lost-approx 100 snow golem crystals
Nexon didn't accept it and told me to resubmit in this format:
"We're really sorry to hear that this issue has occurred. We will do our best to investigate the issue, however, we need you to provide this information in this specific format.
Character Name:
Server and Channel:
Which Character/Pet had the item(s):
Lost item names:
Date and Time the issue occurred:
Please comment on this ticket and provide us the information we need to enable use to investigate this issue further."

It's similar but it has to be EXACTLY the same, order and all. You can't give the items lost first and then the character name. It has to be Character name, then server and ch, etc

Two of my guildies lost stuff too we were all in fiodh one of em lost 2 5/5 upgraded broads and the other a gacha hetero and I didnt lose anything so they got a bit mad at me >.>

I don't hear anything about item loss recovery over here.
I can't be bothered to look through their ticket system, the last time I did that it was quite confusing...
Plus I have a little bit of problem with login so I can't really use it.

My brother lost his starlight in the Tarlach rollback a few days ago. It'll be disappointing even if he does get it back, because it won't be dyed the right colors

I doubt it, the player base here is much larger than NA. Imagine the amount of tickets they'd get every day (including the spam type).
