I was in-game when they announced that Fergus won the election and everyone online at the time received five free goddess grace. That was very cool. I do not know if everyone will when they log in, but that would be a nice present for all players.

Only characters that were in-game at that time got it, and they got 10 because Ferghus slipped with his hand.
On another note apparently the 3rd survey did the trick and i got my free nx.

I'm also getting this problem, I opened up the Supply Depot and there is no option besides Purchase (my account has no NX on it)
How are you guys able to get it? There isn't any other button except Purchase and the toggles for NX Credit and NX PrePaid...

Like some previous posters found, you may need to already have some sort of NX in the account.
Otherwise you can't "buy" the free 3 Goddess Graces.
That's stupid in my opinion, but whatever >.<
If you don't have the money to buy some NX, do a quick survey or offer that just requires you to give a valid email address.
After you insert the email, just keep pressing the skip button for the offers they present. You may have to look around for the skip option a bit, it can be kinda hidden at times.
I got my 3 free Goddess Grace today, I'm happy :)
I can save it for whenever I need it the most!

Yeah, I got it working. Just do one of the easy free NX things.
Don't worry, there will (should) never be spywere or viruses, just mountains of ads. You'll probably also get a lot of spam email and texts if you put in emai addresses of phone numbers.
