  Meditation is skill shrouded in mystery. "Should I rank up Meditation?" and "Which rank should my Meditation be?" are some frequently asked questions regarding this skill. To help people decide on whether to add it or not, I have drafted up a spreadsheet on MS Excel. It outlines the AP earned each week broken down by rank, as well as how long it takes for the spent AP to be repaid.
  
  
  Here is the explanation for each row on the table:
  
  Total AP Required = The sum of the AP you need to spend to reach this Rank.
  
  AP/Week = The amount of AP earned solely through Meditation every week.
  
  Bonus AP/Week = The difference in AP/Week between Rank F and this Rank. In other words this is the Bonus AP from ranking up Meditation.
  
  Weeks to Repay Total = This is the amount of time (in weeks) required for the AP that you spent to be repaid in full. (= Total AP divided by Bonus AP) e.g. approximately 56 weeks must pass for Rank A to refund itself.
  
  Extra Bonus AP/Week = The marginal AP/Week compared to the previous rank.

  First, welcome to Mabination. Second, awesome work. It is nice to see it visually organized instead of scattered numbers spread around in wall of texts.
  
  From the looks of it, it is kind of pointless to get since you can easily get the amount of bonus AP/week in 3 runs. It is a decent investment I suppose if you got 20k+ AP and absolutely nothing else that can help you to skill up. That and you plan to play for 1+ years and with games like these, you never know what will happen in a years time. To each their own.

  I stand by my opinion of rA Meditation, the games still growing, why not make your AP become something that grows at a higher rate too? It's minor, but hell I've seen/done slower things for progress be it irl or in game.

  I'm doubting Ill do much but AP whore most of the time, I need a good reason to rush to cap and stuff.

  Can you post the formulas you used to make this? I'm trying to figure out if it's worth spending 30 AP in Cloth Mastery to wear +int pieces.

  ^ It's always worth it to rank a skill to E. All skills. 30 AP is very low and the benefits from F>E are always really high.
