  i heard from some people that, if a RA achieve enough points, they will stay forever and not get replaced? Glitch something o_O. Is this real?

  Not a glitch. It is real. You also have to have decent ranked skills and journal achievements though.

  Competitive markets are better than monopolies, just saying lol. If they make somebody's RA status permanent then it discourages other people to get the title and in turn it makes perma royals lazy because they will start to take it as granted.

  The RA still has to get a certain amount of points though. Well, if a person has high skill ranks and journal achivement points, they most likely will be reelected anyways.

  It does not make you a perma-RA. I know the glitch in question, and had it once-- it seems that points carry over. I had about 250 points, and remained an RA for 4 weeks spent totally inactive.

  The stance is a novelty. I don't really care much for it, although it does make you feel special once you have got it.
  Over time it just became annoying. I'm just going to let someone else have fun with RA. I had my fair share of fun with it already and I'm moving on.
  
  If I ever need it back I'm still confident at least up to G13. But there's not much of a point since RA isn't going to help with Avon missions anyway. It's a system due for retirement ever since the development team changed.
  
  I believe they increased the number after G12 or so but I don't have anything to back this up.

  You don't have to wear the RA title if you're selected, that may be why you "don't see" very many. In fact...the title's worthless for combat, it's only good if you're training stuff in Taillteann or making crystals.
  
  And also, there has to be at least 100 because the first time I applied, I didn't get it. If there were less than 100, wouldn't that mean anybody who could apply would be auto-accepted?

  If somebody who applied who was better than you, they'd get the job.

  Of course, that's why I was specifically disagreeing with whoever said they didn't think there were 100 RAs per server.
