So, I finally got the stuff needed to complete the quest "Fomorian technology", but the problem is, Ellis is already dead since I finished that part of the storyline. Is there anything I can do about this?

Did you finish doing the quest line, where you're required to get his keepsakes and Notebook pages? That might be required before Ceara gets his quests o_o

Yea, I had this problem as well. Then, I just kept going on the storyline, and eventually she will take all the quests as a memorial.
