So, I've really gotten into my Lann since all my Evie does is AP runs, but I can't figure out the timing for Slip Dash. It is only Rank C right now, and I'm level 26. So, is the rank too low for me to actually dodge things? Or am I not good enough at it. If it is the latter, anyone want to suggest how they practiced Slip Dashing?

Slip Dash can be utilized effectively no matter what rank it is, but at lower ranks, you just have a really low margin for error. This means, if you don't get the dodge just right, you're going to get hit. Ranking it higher will give you more leeway. I noticed also that Nimble Dash seems to have a much longer invincibility frame than Slip Dash, but because of the fact that you need to do Slip first, means it's harder to time since you'll likely get hit during the slip x_x;

I find that the timing for perfect guard and the timing for perfect dash are almost the same. Play on a fiona for a while and you'll see yourself doing more and more efficient slip dashes.

I do PG's quite easily on Fiona, but I still get hit as Lann. Also I am aware that Nimble Dash has epic dodge abilities, but my double crescent isn't at the level where I can fire it after a Nimble.

Diff bosses = Diff frames per move.
Dodge a BP stab. You did it? Good! Now dodge an RT slam. Cant. =O
Gota get that r6 SD.

But all Red Tyrant attacks can be dodged just by running. The one where he turns around and swipes is a killer, but you can SD that.

Since this falls under slip dash, I was wondering when Blood Prince does his huge fireball (With the swirls around him before throw) at what time should I use slip dash? I find myself taking a long time killing him simply because he keeps using that move and I just run in circles trying to dodge it.

What server are you? if you're on East I can show you. But anyway, when he does the big fireball, run towards left. When the swirl came, after it past his right side (Which would be where you going to land), slip dash to his right side and double crescent, rinse and repeat. If you feel unsafe, double dash.
His fireball takes a while to shoot (even the smaller one), so it's okay to start running toward left after you see he raise his left hand.
Edit: A few things to note:
(1) You don't want to be too close, or you will get hit by the swirl.
(2) Even though he circles himself twice, the swirl should fly through above your head while you're still dashing (or recovering from the dash). It's always good to use nimble dash when felt unsafe.
(3) It is also possible to dash toward his left side, but significantly much harder since if you dash a bit early, you will get hit head on by his fireball (though he is trying to hit at where you were at before you dash, your character is actually in the way of the fireball, and therefore hitting you); if you dash a bit late, well, you still get hit by the fireball. (Getting hit by swirl is just dashing way too early)
(4) I assume you have r9+ double crescent and rA dash.

You can Nimble Dash that Slam, I've done it lots before. Slip dash is possible too but its tons harder than just using the Nimble invulnerability frames.

Nimble starts off with the full .3 secs, yes.
