Price is not a problem, I can afford both. Me and my dad are swapping power supplies (my 300W for his 450W) if I build his new computer for him, 'cuz he's lazy.
I'm wondering, which one is "overally" better?
Quick question. I'm very sure I'm right, but just making sure. A video card and a graphics card are the same exact things, right?

The GTS 450 is slightly faster. Whether or not it's worth the price premium is up to you. See this review for a comparison.
