To be more specific clear the Fomorian Invasion Battle Quest and get 100pts on Southern Rock Cliff
Next go to Ellie. He would ask you to retrieve and Fomorian Order. In order to do that you would have to complete the Fomorian Order battle quest.
The boss is Speedy Ekuloch. Beat him, retrieve the order and the story "Critical Hit" Should be unlocked
