My alt is a Level 30 Evie, just got Bind Arrow. I was able to use it fine in one mission, but then after I switched to Scythe and back, I can't use it even when my bar is charged! I'm certain I am pressing the correct keys...maybe it's because my Bind Arrow is Skill Level F? (although I'm not sure how that would matter)
Does it have something to do with changing weapons?

I think you can only use it with a staff

You can only use it with a Staff. See if switching the SP skills (from Blind Arrow to uh Insane Reaper and back again). I had trouble this morning where it wouldn't cast because of that. If that doesn't work, relog.

To clarify things, bind arrows are only for STAFF wielders
For scythe , we have insane reaper.

:) He said he switched to Scythe then back, so I'm pretty sure that's not the problem. Most likely Vindi just wasn't reading it right. If you press X or something to switch the skill to Insane Reaper while wearing a Staff (or wearing a Scythe) sometimes you have to relog to let it work again. I'm not sure if pressing the button again will solve the problem, I know I started doing it for making videos so I wouldn't get the urge to cut it short and press Blind Arrow.

Pressing X will not switch to an SP skill that you are unable to use with your current weapon. Did you try relogging to see if it would fix the problem? Usually that solves most things. Also make sure you didn't accidentally change hotkeys for whatever reason.

But Aish. D: It doesn't SWITCH it, it's more like canceling it out or something. At least, that's what happens to me every time I do it (I was curious and then it became extremely handy later on).
