I know that doing battles in a party decreases the EXP reward, but it doesn't seem to be an even division. From what I can see there are three parts of the EXP reward: the mission reward, oaths of honor, and combat exp. How is it split?
Currently I think it's (mission reward / partymembers ) + oaths + combat exp, but I could be wrong.

This sounds right.

Apparently it's 50% for party of four and 80% for a party of two.
It would make sense with my BP exp, solo is about 43k and party of four is about 21k.

Remember that they might be dividing exp according to your level, that should be factor. A BP run with 4 lvl 38 wont divide exp the same as a party of 2 lvl 35 and 2 lvl 38.

That's more or less what I've been feeling. Combat and Oath exp is left alone so you get the full amount party or not, but the mission exp itself is divided evenly and exactly. (So white tyrant gives abysmal amounts if you're in a party of 6)
