I am the only one on Housing that has this fragment and no one else has it. I am wondering how much would it be since there won't be another Shooting Star event for at least awhile.

Nothing. Even if another event did come up ( which it most likely will not.) The potency of that fragment has expired ( meaning that particular fragment must have been used when that event took place.) Idk, if you could sell it, probably not even over 5k.
