  Seems like a simple solution to me, at least on paper. This way you can't possibly be on the river unless you're on a raft, and fliers/coupons would no longer work there at all since it'd be an instance.

  I would NOT appreciate having my coupons deleted, especially since I have ones going to TTN and Ceo which are extremely difficult to get to under normal circumstances. And it's not like removing the coupons will completely bar ppl from river glitching. They'll just glitch it again and get their coupons back.

  correct me if im wrong.. but return coupons are the only way left to do river glitching.. old tricks dont work anymore cause nexon fixed *maybe some* of 'em..
