Spoiling your Ego

  1. If you intend to feed your spirit weapon items under 999 gold, you should shop at Filia.
  2. Small gems (less than 5cm) are expensive and slow. Stick to items under 999 gold or large gems/diamonds/loot.
  3. Tipping Suits are a good alternative to gems. You can obtain two per rafting trip and they cost 230k from NPCs.
  4. Dungeon drops/loot (Kite Shields, Claymores, etc) have low demand and give excellent stat experience.
  5. Diamonds are the fastest/most expensive method. NPC items give you the best experience for your gold, while maintaining fair experience gain.

  Whatever drops from monsters. I have never really liked ego weapons all that much. Just have a bow because of increased range. I havent stayed on one ego all that long though either lol.

  Feeding expensive items does not carry over to the next feeding. I've tested this and confirmed it. Expensive items only counts as 5 feeds (same as gems) and ego still gets hungry every five minutes as always. Does not mess up ego hunger whatsoever. If an ego isn't getting hungry, either that person is quite unlucky or should attempt to change channels to reset timer.
  
  I'm not saying that the 5 item feed for items 999 gold and under is an incorrect method (as I do use it myself) but I am presenting alternative ways. :P As for expensive items, usually these are looted from monsters (kite shields), rafted (tipping suits), or gained through life skilling (looms from handicraft are really good strength for male bows and NPC value 60k or so and r3 Ring-Type Leather Minis and Cores Thiefs outfits that are unsellable). I don't purchase these either as that would be quite expensive *-*

  I guess I'm more lazy with my feeding and just like standing around the npc
  
  I wonder though if it's more social exp feeding expensive items, because for female ego owners (those feeding for max stats/end game)
  have to worry about their social capping out before their other stats do. Capped out social meaning they won't be able to raise other stats.

  I stopped feeding mine since I may be changing it in the new year depending on options and my love for range.
  
  When i am feeding it it gets a strict diet based around which stat i'm ranking and i usually choose 1 take it to 20 then take another to 20 and so on. I don't baby my ego i raise it to be tough should i ever get one that actually stays around long enough... *coughblackwingbowcough*.
