I don't know why, but they changed them.
Blood Silk originally needed boat 4 mats, like Giant Toad Blood, but now they changed the entire set to Boat 3 and below drops.
I gathered all these things for nothing.

Luckily I didn't toss all my boat 3 items before the patch so I was able to make a full set. I feel bad for people who have to use up tokens to farm boat 3 again or pay the ridiculous marketplace prices.

I made it just for the title, but thank goodness I woke up early enough to still get low prices on the marketplace. @_@ I could have shot Nexon!
