  for right now, yes. but i feel like normally, it's supposed to be a jp server exclusive or something, i think that's what i was told. i don't really remember 'cause it's been a while.

  If I had cash to throw around, maybe. But I can't afford to go broke on something that's basically just a decoration atm. Maaaaaaaaybe if I could actually make it reasonably combat usable.

  I don't know, considering the obsession of a lot of people with japanese items, you'll probably be able to resell it for more. Though in terms of actual usage it's completely worthless. Kind of like the japanese one-hander.. purely for looks, but you can actually find people who will pay you a nice penny for a pretty looking one as I've done on various occasions. On the other hand, due to the lack of gold within the economy, it's possible that no one is willing to shell out that much. But still... it IS a one of a kind item, though god knows we probably have too many of those kinds of things on mabi these days.
  
  I remember when I offered to pay someone 25 mil for one of the fishing kites, and it was only 13 dura too.. that is until I found out there was a 15 dura one on the server, but the guy wouldn't sell it.

  I completely get the appeal etc, but I'm just saying that I can't afford to do that kind of thing personally atm. I'd love to have it lol. I have more useful goals atm that need money to be accomplished.

  I'm just saying that if you had the money to throw around, you could take it as a merch opportunity. Too bad you can't ego it, or even if you could, it' d most likely make a bad ego :(

  It's totally egoable. And it's totally a bad one. The newly made ego stats are on the wiki page linked earlier.
