Hi, I'm wondering what are couple of good enchants for gloves and armor. I have shoes and helm covered with Diamond Raven Shoes and Corundum Delusional Hat but I'm not sure what enchants that are out there to improve both range and melee. Right now I'm only running with topaz gloves and heavy armor.

All ideas and opinions for enchants will be greatly appreciated.

Wooden Needle Dignified (or Elegant) Wood Plate Cannon if you can afford it will take care of hand gear, otherwise a Victorious Wild Boar/Thief bracelet is fine.

As for body, depends on whether you prefer heavy armor, light armor or clothing. Ancient/Victorious Darkness Light Armor with a Corundum Wild Boar accessory is friendly to both melee and range, but there are better options if you would prefer to specialize.

For weapon enchants... Stiff/Snowfall/Glorious with a damage suffix of your choice (preferably Spike, Delusional or Palm Tree) are very good for Long Bows, while Revolver is the better option if you prefer to use crossbows. I'm not very knowledgeable on melee weapon enchants, so I'll leave that up to you.

actually consider Caliburn too if you're going to use the long bow, since the critical will stack nicely with the upgraded critical rate, and repairs are only 3.5k/point at nerys :D

Caliburn is great for crit-upgraded Long Bows, though it's not something you want to enchant on the ones you use for mere leveling. The end result is really nice... with it you can get 120~130% crit rather easily, depending on your equipment set. Here's how mine turned out:

I'm use 222 Goddess Caliburn Dual Broadswords for Melee and a ego LLB for range so I'm fine with weapons. I'll look into costs for the stuff you guys have listed and whatnot. Thanks for the input.

probably not, but I put up with caliburn llb for leveling as a well, though if you're not making money on the side it can cause a fair dent fairly fast esp as elf... long bow is less costly to repair with a x10 enchant though, and should be less of an issue for a hybrid human than elf

glorious caliburn long bow is win though, at least until I can get my hands on a highlander long bow :<

though a glorious highlander bow isn't something you'd use for leveling either, since the base repair is already fairly expensive; shadow hunter fancy/spike/horn would be nice for that bow if you're willing to spam enchant protection pots

WN is fairly cheap now, I've bought a couple for around 2m, though I'd say the typical price is from 3-4m on Ruairi. If you want melee damage I'd recommend WN peaceful, otherwise WN elegant (elegant ES is about 1m I believe, at least on my server). Or if you're willing to hunt for dignified yourself that would be a better alternative to elegant.

Heavy armor - for damage conceptual avenger is by far the best, but I personally prefer Extraordinary White horse with 2x stout earthquake accessories or light lilly accessories. There's also ancient darkness, but decent ancient darkness light armor is rather costly if you plan on buying, and potentially more costly if you plan on enchanting it yourself.

I use Melee for grinding Their Method and I use Range for mainly Rafting and Hot Air Ballooning. I'm looking for high damage over crit mainly because of Crash Shot and I don't need Crit due to already having an above average amount with melee.

I don't mind the costs since all I'm doing with my money right now is feeding my ego, I've had enough of fashionogi and want to start becoming stronger so funds are going to equipment now. I'm aiming for WN right now and Extroidnary White Horse looks good aswell. To bad White Horse is gonna force me to get r9 taming.
