That's not so nice. Well it proves that the lack of equal opportunities for everybody -the fact that only people who buy NX can get a house- causes loss of social efficiency (less Quantity and higher Price). Of course, that is good for the sellers but awful for society.
i'm mean :(
but it's so true; after they put the free service into effect, 24-25 pages of fixed dyes grew to over 40+ pages on a search. great for buyers, not so much for sellers.. and as a seller most of the time, I like exploiting this inefficiency :D
i'd rather not have mabi implement something like the GE in runescape because that means I'd have to do other things to make money and I'm too lazy for that.

It's not so much that the free service allowed players to deflate dyes but rather a ton of players that have real life money but do not/rather not dungeon therefore, they think they can get rich by selling dyes.
I see one player that has a shop by west dunbar ch1 that always has 15-20 dyes in his/her personal shop.
I'm talking about housing board fixed dyes lol.. I only work in the fixed dye market, not the regular one :D
but yeah, they CAN get rich with that method as long as they don't mind the depreciating regular dye prices - they'll just have to spend more real life money. basically regular dyes are the "safe" way of selling nx across the board. however, as a lot of players figured this out, the great increase in supply of dyes has pushed down the price a lot. not too long ago 100k for a regular dye was considered cheap, but now 80k is the standard, and 100k is expensive. The value of nx, on the other hand, has remained pretty constant at 1.2m/10k for our server most likely because there's a premium for the risk in actually trading the codes. in a general sense, the supply/demand for NX itself has probably remained fairly constant, but there's just been a flood of dyes into the economy because people are like hey, instead of selling NX, why don't I just sell dyes and not risk being scammed, lol. unfortunately for that mindset, the more people that think that way, the lower the dye prices will become... bad for dye sellers obviously.
