Yes. I already used it once. I fought two boss spiders. After that, it disappeared.

You should still have the mission in your battle list.
The scroll is supposed to vanish.

It's not in my battle list. When I bought the scroll I was invited to join a spider cave scroll battle with some friends. I think I might just have to buy another one.. idk

If you used it and then joined a friends, you should still have the quest on your list. I don't think you can be invited to do a battle quest that you haven't unlocked so you probably unlocked it and its in there somewhere o.0
