Kay so next week I'm gonna finish Counter Attack to r1 and I decided to save AP for Final Shot and do all the remaining dex giving life skills.
All dex giving skills except:"Fishing, Cooking, Herbalism, Enchant, Potion Making, Playing Instrument, Tailoring, Blacksmithing, Handicraft" are r1 or capped.
I'd like to know which skills are the most time and/or money consuming ones 'cause I really don't care about the AP they use.
thank you in advance :3

Playing instrument should be pretty easy to do.
I would say blacksmithing/tailoring is the most time consuming to do and cost quite the amount of money too. D:

Well I won't mind throwing 50m in a skill just like that. So Playing Instrument? any other suggestions?

Cooking is the quickest gain of those listed above.
skills like fishing and playing instrument, as well as those other life skills (and enchant) might take quite a lot of time to rank.
But if I were you, I'd do tailoring.
Cooking, Instrument, fishing, Tailoring. Whatever
In that order.

Playing is all about persistence (or botting). It's easy though.
If you haven't done any handicraft, getting to rC is easy. Since you have r1 weaving, you might be able to get a few more ranks out of it, but wood board are annoying.

Blacksmithing rD, Handicraft rC, Playing Instrument rB, Tailoring r9, Cooking Novice, Herbalism rF, Potion Making rF, Fishing rC, Enchant rE
@Adori: Why tailoring? :o
@Chiri: I was thinking about getting some Blacksmithing ranks first to make Iron Bars myself and not have to look/wait for a Blacksmith but well I'd rather hear what other people say before spending more time/money than needed.

You will get further with the amount of money you plan to put into it.
But r9 bs is a good idea too.
I just thought you meant ranking a skill all the way up, which I'd choose.
Also, you could have a profit (even if it's miniscule) from the light armors that you will make.

Mkay so Cooking->Instrument->Tailoring?
and how far do you think I'll get in Tailoring with 50m?
-

Oh, idunno, that's hard to say, you could be very lucky, and get like all great successes, or none, or average, but I have friends who have ranked tailoring.. they planned to put around 100M into it, none of them are r1 yet, but they make heeps of money from how far they've made it... selling long stitch robes and high class armors, and sparks etc.
So I bet they're seeing quite a return for hardly as much effort as bs would take.
You might end up spending most of your money from armor sells on ranking up though.

With the 50m I mentioned I mean 50m I already have prepared for the skill and all the profit I make is going into the skill till it's r1. So do you think I'll get close to r1 with spending 100m on it?

You can also raise tailoring to r9 with no money spent just by doing Simon's part time jobs.

You have a good chance, the main issue with ranking it at such high ranks, is the availability of materials.
Very rarely do I see finest fabric for sale, or silk, which means, you will be spending alot of time weaving to get the materials to rank up.

Shouldn't be too hard to buy materials from friends and members of my guild directly^^ well ty for all the help +rep :3

Do herbalism and pot making at the same time.
50 mil should get you about r1 enchant also. But I would do handicraft before enchant if your just looking for dex boosts.
