The quest gives you the option to give a Spider Gem to Tieve or Gwynn, does anyone know the difference with each?

Well, I can tell what happens when you give it to Tieve. She takes it. Then Gwynn is mad as usual, and asks Marec for another one. You are asked to get a Black Scar Scale Fragment from Fleeing mission. Then the story ends without other errands to run.

Well, they seem to be a different course for story. This is the 3rd time I encountered this.

Do you remember the Sharpshooter Leather Story?

You had a choice. You could do the test under Kirstie or go to the Inn and perform it under Authur.

The end result was the same but the story was different.

The other one was when Tieve asked you whether you prefer life or money. If you choose life, the quest reward changes to like 70 fine HP potion while if you choose money, it became gold. Then you talk to Kirstie (Life) or Gallangher (Money).

They give you the same mission/quest but a different storyline and quest.

So if you want to see the whole story, you need at least 2 characters.

Didn't even know you had two choices for Sharpshooter.

This. I didn't even know Arthur was still in Colhen while I was doing that. o_o
Now I have to actually keep my other Evie just to see the other story. :<

Yea, when you do a quest, set it to appear on your screen in the quest tracker.

It'll say "Go to Kirstie or Authur at the inn", despite the map having a golden "..." at Kirstie's place.
