Just search the market place for "shoe" and you can buy it for like 1k.
Prerequisites to enter are 100 BP in "The Five Spider Brothers" and level 38.

You could also spend some time with other games, if there's something on your "need to complete list." Playing Vindictus for dailies and such takes maybe an hour a character at the most, which gives you plenty of time to do other things. And simple dailies without any sort of farming gives nice AP progression after you cap your character.
