Now that crit and balance were added to weapons...

  Are there ever going to be weapons that have a higher-than-level-mandated crit chance, or any balance besides 75 (for twin swords at least)? Do such weapons exist in the Korean version?

  Enchants and certain upgrades tend to change the critical chance and balance hehe.

  I don't know fully. From what I hear, upgrading weapons is different from enchanting them. You can have both. Do you know about Mabinogi? Very similar system.
  
  Upgrading is what you do at Ferghus. Beyond +5 to +6~+10, things such as weapon speed, additional stats, etc. can be affected. You need upgrade stones and enhancement elixirs to perform them.
  
  Enchanting is using a scroll that is dropped in Hero Mode from bosses, Magic Powder and of course Brynn to enchant it. The enchants usually tell you what they bestow. Like more crit, more stats, etc.
  
  Unlike Upgrading, you can only have 1-2 enchants on a weapon/armor at a time. Upgrading is Linear Progression, while Enchanting is customizable. Meaning that even if you and another person have both the same +10 weapon, your choice of enchants could be completely different.
