  Monthly subscriptions seem like a standard of around $15 dollars I think. Though it could be like Guild Wars and only require you to buy the game.

  I can run Aion on a junk computer, so B&S will probably only take 3+ gb of RAM and a half-decent gfx card.

  Thats not entirely the reason why everyone does it, though I guess some people do. As a matter of fact, it usually has nothing to do with perversion.
  Most guys who play male characters are perverted too anyways.
  
  I play female characters because they're more visually aesthetic. And on top of that, most games provide a much wider variety of interesting clothing for females (this holds truth in real life as well...)
  
  It almost plays out like a dress up doll game on top of the regular game. If I'm going to be grinding a game for hours, I might as well do it while seeing a good looking girl.
  
  So people playing as females doesn't mean pervert. I'm not feeling perverted at all for playing as a girl.
  
  All that aside, I'm actually quite a pervert ._.

  People inquire me about it actually, always ask why I main the female ones.
  
  After giving it some thought, I found the answer. Characters in fighting games tend to be very stereotypical. Because of this, big muscular guys tend to stick to slow and hard hitting melee, while small girls are quick, light, and often have ranged attacks.
  
  And I've always been someone who preferred speed and range over anything else. Kiting, keeping a strong distance, jumping in for the kill and jumping right back out.
  
  Surprisingly most female characters in fighting games fit that role very well.
  
  Its not to say I don't play males either. In Blazblue I really like playing as Hakumen (huge melee range helps), or Arakune (cloud, then spam buttons). In KoF I always enjoyed Terry and Benimaru (even though he's gay).
  
  I mean, look at Talim in Soul Calibur. She's so fast :D
  And look at Alexandra. She's got a shield. She's totally Fiona.
