  lol, good one. Wings of Eclipse only took like 1-2 hits for me before it was all dispel, and all prof was lost. Shadow Spirit is much better at killing Peaca bosses since it also reduces protection.
  
  Morrighan's skills are useless. At least, the very few times I used them.
  
  Besides, I would rather let someone else use such useless skills on Peaca boss while I retain the useful Neamhain skills for my own use. That is what a party is for.

  Do you really need to be allied to a goddess for the skills to gain experience? I thought allegiance only limits their usage, not their leveling... could have sworn my spear of light was not perfect trained at the time I switched goddesses during the g12 storyline, but right now I have all Neamhain skills perfect trained as well as r1 Morrighan's.
  
  Edit: Nevermind, seems you do need to be allied to the correct goddess in order for the skills to gain exp.

  Wings of Eclipse might actually be useful at a high rank if you have high defense yourself. I don't really have high defense, but I remember using it at rank D with only 50% exp or something in a Peaca normal run and I was still able to take a couple hits.

  I tanked over 10 hits from Peaca Int without losing so much as 20 exp.
  This is at Rank 4 with only 20 def.
  
  Ghasts obliterated the shield in one hit, however the shield will NEVER rank down from hits, but only through activation. Meaning you can tank a 9,999,999,999,999,999,999 damage hit and only lose 0.1 prof, if that's all you had left.

  That's odd, I just did g12 again on my giant and when I was fighting Nuadha he broke the shield several times, and it ended up somewhere around rank C or B.

  IIRC, Eclipse EXP didn't refill properly during that fight.
  Nuadha breaks the shield and drains all the exp > You reactivate the shield and it deranks > etc
