Question about overriding party skills

  It shows the exact wording: "Not applied. A better effect is active." But also, it shows that you can't overwrite your own party skills, which means you can't renew the timer soloing if you have all four SP bars filled, which is what I tried to do a couple of times here.

  Really this thread was pointless for me to make, because you can test it yourself in-game. Another Evie casted it, so then I casted to overwrite, and I just moused over all the effects in the party list... I had caster's bonus, she had caster's bonus, and everyone received my better bonus.

  Actually you can renew your own buff when soloing. I've done it many times, and my buff duration always updates, even though I get that line. I know this because I usually reapply Insane Reaper at the 5 second mark, and then it's back to 60 seconds again

  so pretty much now the question is do they keep there 6+ stamina regen and the time resets or do they get absolutely nothing :/
