  Image taken just today when some friends of mine and I got abducted by GMs, another variant of the problem. This was taken from one of their perspectives, mind you. My client works flawlessly.

  This isn't a modified .pack file. This is just a version of it that isn't ****ed up. :l

  From what I managed to gather in the dark hell that is Nexon forums it appears to be caused from improperly receiving a patch of some sort that possibly traces back to G11.
  
  All I know is that completely uninstalling mabinogi and reinstalling mabi fixed the problem for me.
