  Its probably easier to attach male parts to a female, if you follow the natural way of how things are done.

  3. Bird people that cant fly because it takes years for something like tht to develop. And then we will fall into something like a anime where we have cat people attending school and then all Otaku's dreams come true...

  Hard to do with what we have now.
  Though honestly its really just simply making everyone get hairier and have sharper teeth and recovering our lost tail.
  
  Its not really as attractive as it sounds on paper when you imagine it in real life.
  
  And even if we grow huge wings with plenty of strength the best we could do is glide in the wind. Human mass could never allow flight. Pterodactyls made the only exception but they have HUGE wings and very tiny bodies.

  I doubt, if it would become possible, that this would very well help the gay community produce; since it isn't the same person but rather a gender-changed clone
