  No, our NA-exclusive is the "Burning Patriots",

  +100 maximum damage
  +50 minimum damage
  +50 critical
  +80% balance
  +50 luck
  +50 defense
  +30% protection
  +500 mana
  +500 stamina
  +50% movement speed (cars baby)
  +1 Attack Speed Level up (Strike First before Enemy Strikes, yes?)
  +Poison Resistance (Daily Hamburgers has build up poison resistance)
  +Stomp Resistance (because America won't be stomped... ever)
  +Explosion Resistance (Natural Resistance to Explosions after being expose to it on a daily basis)
  
  and it lasts for 9~11 minutes and has a cool down of 1 erinn day (resets at 6 am, Erinn Time, just like Transformations).
  
  The skill does stack with itself if another player uses the skill after another player uses it.

  I defiantly anticipate G13 to come soon. That I have no doubt. It's just a matter of...how soon?
  
  I predict that I'll just get r1 Thunder when it comes out...I don't think I'll get r1 ice spear by the time it comes though.
  
  Early January is my prediction currently if when we will get G13.
