He is a god greater than Aton Cementi, the creator of this world. He was punished for attempting to break the universe and sentenced to live forever as a lowly blacksmith.

He's a Tuatha de Danann?
My question is how he went from a 100% to .01% in success rate.

How can someone be greater then a god that created the world but not know how to fix weapons? Unless he takes his undying rage out on us. Which is quite possible.

He does it on purpose because he can't destroy the universe so he takes it out on our weapons instead.
Anyway the real reason he fails so much between Vind and now is because he
injured his arm in a dungeon but didn't want to give up his dream of being a pro blacksmith.

It is because in Vindictus, there is Shayla in the same shop as him. Also, people are supplying him those ice-drinks or whatever. In additional, he is working inside the shop.
In Mabinogi, he is all alone outside of the town, working outside the shop.
So basically, he is taking it out on his customers.

Ahh, one of those people that are only happy with gold diggers while drunk. But if he didn't purposely break weapons maybe he wouldn't be so alone.
....Yeah he would.

I beg a differ...He's failed on my stuff on at least 10 occasions on Vindictus if not more. I haven't been keeping track but out of 5-6 visits he fails in repairing my stuff in Vindictus. So no, it's all that ice-brandy that's making him fail

Well, if we're on the topic of Mabinogi NPCs being present in Vindictus.
I don't know how everyone overlooked Aodhan. Maybe because he's a relatively minor NPC within Mabinogi, with hardly any functional use to players (G2 is his biggest contribution, otherwise he sells fomor/quest scrolls in Emain outside the bank).

They might just share the same name or the Aodhan in Mabinogi is a descendent.
