  It translates to something like...
  The monsters that appear in 'The Stones of Sliab Cuilin' are changed so that they cannot be trained. (I'm assuming trained refers to Animal Taming, but I don't know what the Korean name for the skill is so :V )

  So is this for the Kr main or Kr test? I very much doubt it would be for main seeing as G14 mainstream hasn't even been tested on Kr test (well I never received a starting quest for it or anything when I logged on earlier)...

  This is the main patch notes. They already got it.
  
  It's afternoon of the 15th there right now.
  
  9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m (was their patch time) 9 30 PM over there as of this posting.
  
  
  There is a LOT of things that don't go through the test server first instead of the live server. Mainly test server is for balance issues not for storyline testing. They can iron out small kinks on the home servers and the potentially gamebreaking ones on the test server.

  I believe musical knowledge, composing, first aid, and... charge? Had at least some ranks uncapped. Given the way they have been doing it, music knowledge and composing probably only had 1 or 2 ranks uncapped (I don't know why they tend to do it at that rate, though).

  The Koreans are planning something. It said something similar in the previous patch note updates. We be fools thinking 2 patch notes with the same threats are just coincidence and waiting to see if the 3rd patch notes is the same trend. To war! Strike before they strike!
