I cannot use the marketplace!

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. You can not register, post or otherwise interact with the site other than browsing the content for historical purposes. The content is provided as-is, from the moment of the last backup taken of the database in 2019. Image and video embeds are disabled on purpose and represented textually since most of those links are dead.

every time I click BUY button on marketplace or PURCHASE button in Supply Depot Vindictus will automatically shut down (like a crash has occured) and the following error box will appear:
Exception Code: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
Exception Address: 0xffff04f5 (the address is changing every time)
Exception Module: Heroes

I have posted ticket to Support Center but NEXON didn't and doesn't have a solution yet.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Did you solve it??

Change default browser - that worked for me. :o or install IE9 or IE8.
