1) when mobs have unusually fast, instant aggro, what is the cause??
the channel??
my crappy computer??
my connection??
like... hmm. they wouldnt notice me or have any ! but they just instantly charge at me. recently some skeletons and ciar adv mobs have just charged right at me without any time to !. so i kept getting wounded or killed. and it kinda pissed me off.
im thinking it's the channel's problem?? is there anything i can do to avoid this??
2) also, when i rafted recently, i noticed that even after i thunder the warriors, they dont take any damage and they just jump onto my raft and go for me. is it a bug?? my guildie says that that happens when i thunder after they aggro me. it's only the warriors that's giving me this problem but it's funny~ i've never noticed this happening before. :s plus in the rafting guide it said that i can thunder them while they're in the air and they'll still get fried so i dont understand what's going on.

I've heard of this and the culprit of course is Nexon, well I'm pretty sure, this has been discussed in another thread, search if you want cos I forgot the name.

1) Usually Nexons servers, the mobs get a "hyper" AI. Can't do much to fix it besides wait for Nexon.
2) There is a glitch right now, and there really isn't anything you can do about it. >_<

I don't know much about the AI, but it's usual to have that kind of things in Mabi.
About the second issue, though, it seems that they cancel out Thunder after loading that 'jumping' skill. I guess it gives them invisibility just like wm or Blaze.

Would it work if the Thunder hit them early or later? I noticed that with r6 Thunder, this happens occasionally, but I don't think it'll happen with a rF Thunder :O

What is happening right now is that the techs know there is a major lag issue but they are correcting the wrong function in the game. They think if they turn up the settings for the mob AI that will help fix the dead mob ai. Unfortunately this is not the root cause and is a bandaid. Sometimes the lag will balance it out and it seems normal. Then they try to fix it the other way and the Ai is totally dead. Just cranking up the response speed makes the problem worse. I wonder who nexon hires for these things sometimes.

I don't it would either. Waiting time for a rank F Thunder is too low. I believe it takes about 3 seconds for a Hob Warrior to go from the '!' to the '!!!' stance, which is about the time Thunder needs to strike. When they aggro, they immediately load that jumping skill (you can see the bubble when they are about to jump) and it's like they become invisible for that split second, causing Thunder not to hit them.
