Inserting Pet Ai Codes Guide

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. Some of you may know this, some of you might not, which is why I made this to explain it to someone else recently and thought I might as well post it here so everyone else who isn't quite sure can get some help with that.

1. First thing you need to summon a pet, you will then right click on it to bring up the menu that is shown below.

Click on the "Set Guidelines" button that's highlighted in the picture above.

2. From there the screen below will come up.

You are going to want to click on the "New AI" button highlighted in the picture above.

3. This will pull up a larger window, where we will be putting the Ai in.

4. Next thing you want to do is type in the name of the Ai.

5. Alright so you are going to copy the Ai code, then you are going to press on the "Paste" button to put in the code.

Now that you're code is in, you need to press on "Comfirm"

6. You're Ai will now appear on the list.

Highlight the Ai that you have now created, and click on apply and you're done.

Sadly....I found a lot of people Don't know how to do this ._.;;; which made me sad since I've known since pets came out. It's for the people who aren't as ummm in tune with the idea and just kinda mess around on it. Like I said a lot of people know how to do this already but I was surprised when I found some people over 1k total who didn't know how...figured I would leave this here regardless. Don't hate :<

I didn't think it was useless. I only ever add new pet AIs like once or twice a year. I always forget how to do it.

You can drop AIs straight into the documents folder, too.

AI stands for Automated Intelligence. It's basically what all monsters have and some NPCs when they fight with you.
AI makes the monster use a certain skill or do something when X happens, so it's rather predictable. Basically, with Pet AI, you can make it ALWAYS use defense or counterattack after you make it use smash and etc.
