There are 2 OVA's, one is after season one, also considered Ep 13. The second OVA is considered Ep 0 of season 2. Second OVA was jsut recently released this think? I only saw LQ version and Hadena subs (major no).

Ah, that was a good episode. I doubt I'd be as mind-blown re-watching the series as I was when I went back and watched the first episode of Penguindrum when it was over, but it's definitely worth a shot.
