Check on "Flashing Devil Hairband"

Does anybody know how much this is worth?
All I know is that this was only obtained through cash.

I can't find any on the marketplace so does anybody have an idea how much it would cost to buy one?
And does it really flash, like noticeably?

Last I heard, they made the flashing ones untradeable, or at least that's what PandaSong told me >_> so you might want to look at your item and make sure D:

Untradeable in the mailbox, lol. They're still tradeable on the marketplace. I think they're going for around 450k-600k right now.

That seems ridiculously low considering that the only buying thread I found on the Nexon forums was buying them for 2 million (no responses either and before the bind patch). I saw a marketplace thread on the Nexon forums saying that they sold the horns for 2.1 million on the market so I'm going to assume that's the right price for them (even though it was West).
