Ok after some research while doing some port forwarding me and some friends discovered something that is disturbing to Alexina players.
First we have been complaining about game crippling lag and we had no idea why. Well the truth is out.
If you look at IP addresses of the servers. You'll find out that most servers have different hardware for each channel. Alexina has all the channels on the SAME hardware. With duplicate IP addesses.
Its impossible to have duplicate IPs on the same network. So its the same hardware.
Tarlach has 7 different IPs. 1 for each channel.
The suspician is that Vindictus took all the extra hardware and we were consolidated to 1. Which is why we became extremely laggy after open beta.
I'm upset about this.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Trust me you don't, the way they tried to compensate for it was by turning up the AI as high as they could so that LAG seems normal most of the time. During low traffic times its not fun to try anything and during laggy times you can't complete anything. And its been getting worse and worse all the time. Conflict during laggy times is about the only way to level on Alexina half the time anymore.
For example me and my friend normally Duo HM offering and have little issue during normal (not laggy) times. But right now we can barely complete and fail often. The monster server desyncs often making things lose and gain new aggros and change skills mid run...trust me you don't want this.
On a side note we have mostly learned to deal with this but I am very upset at nexon for doing this.

Cruor had a point, haha.
No wonder my port forwarding worked the majority of the time.
EDIT: A la, Cruor foresaw all this.

No, I think you really don't.
I used to never lag this badly because I have a good connection (most of the time) and live close to the server. I lag just walking sometimes. x.e

Port forwarding for Alexina is now IP 208.85.108.86 port ranges 11020-11024
The last 4 pieces of hardware were scrubbed to Vind or something else in favor of running the least populated server on one server, using virtualizations for each channel and connecting via different ports.

Crour you can edit your previous post so you don't have to double post. This isn't nexons fail forums without edits. This is the best forums MABINATION!

Not used to having to not deal with the Nexfail system, and still appalled that no one has found this before now.
The joys of playing on a server where everyone and their dog doesn't hardcore mod I guess?
