  The green bar is reputation. You can give reputation to someone by clicking the little sheriff badge thing on the left bottom corner of their post. Reputation is good, the more green bars you have, the bigger your e-peen-- er, the better your posts are.
  Currently, you aren't allowed to derep, as people were abusing it on the previous forum.
  
  You get gold when you post, basically. You can donate gold to other people.
  Gold can be spent in the shop, located in the top bar. Right now, you can buy all sorts of account upgrades etc, when in the previous forums you could only buy pets. Oh yeah, pets are available here, too. You can see them under your name&info on a post.
  
  If you RP, you can get a special badge made by Fal.

  You can use that little kind of star next to that question mark triangle to +Rep someone. The longer your post are, the more gold you'll get.

  You can find the rope-play thread in the Mabination News section, it tells you all about it. Basically you talk&act like a character for a while, and use a signature or DP of your character, etc etc. You can also get a custom title to fit your character.
  
  The RP event seems to have died down, though. It was huge a week ago.
