I personally don't like the 1:30 description. Because usually I run on macha, for the title.
Sometimes you want to fill up the slot asap, like during free rides, so I will ask my friends. They will ask, how fast is your run. I would tell them the time when boss died, which is usually between 57:30~57:00. Then my friends wouldn't want to join since they just finished a 2:30 run, in 15 min or less. I would have to explain to them that for 15 min or less you get one extra min in the beginning, so you have to add one extra min. By the time they wanted to join, the slot's already taken.
It also irritates me when someone think 12:00 = 57:00, and refuse to try for faster tactic.

Lol we figured this trick out(exept for the whole web snap move) during the weekend events. My guild rounded up some of the common players and we just spammed Lagho and our best time was 57:10. There was only one Lann, three Fiona's and the rest were Evie's. Fiona's move toward Lagho as soon as possible and someone throws a Light of Plara, usually we are able to get them together after a few smashes. It got a little dicey when the spiders got a little over exited and just kept spamming the jump attack.

Don't do lagho runs during 2x/free boat runs...do duo/three person Hidden run with the oath "Win with 3 players or less", with a good party u can finish a run in 3~4 mins, with more exp.
Example, during 2x event, I did duo run with a spear lann (I'm sword lann), and we managed to do 22~ ish runs for 104k exp per run (includes Guild Bonus), and racked easy 2M exp.
EDIT: It is also necessary that you do such speed runs with experienced players (not necessarily a spear lann) fiona/evie are also good for a 3-player pt speed run. Sometimes i've tried to do speed runs with beginners, and its really fustrating haha.
