I know I'm abit late, but I just now found out that new Lans get the natural black hair in the character creation screen
(I made mine in the Early Access Beta, so only option I had was like a grey)

But EAB hair is permanent +7 Luck, if I recall... so you don't have to rent hair for that bonus.

It is but you don't have to buy avatar shop hair to get the luck bonus.

The hair you made during EAOB becomes converted to a permanent cash shop hair. You can take it off in your cash inventory and it'll show your basic Lann hair (it's blond). You never have to pay for the NX hair :)

ah I see.. though I'd still prefer customization over stats xD

But you get it free, and you can always replace it with a different NX hair. Besides, all of Lann's armor ends up covering his head with a large helmet.

yeah I could deal with it cause of that, but I break the head piece often for some reason

I wish Evie was out in EAB.
There are only two things I want out of cash shop.
A permanent skimpy inner armor that won't show through ANYTHING for Evie. Permanent Christmas Inner Armor doesn't cut it for me because of the super high socks.
And.. permanent luck bonus so I can get a bonus item every dungeon, like on my Lann with his EAB permanent +7 Luck hair. :(

Yeah, I really hate the stockings. I like showing a bit of leg!

>_> Just so you know.. xD Luck is a useless stat right now (I think). We don't have White Cores, the extra drop at the end aren't the white cores. So.. We don't really use our luck for anything.
I do want a skimpy armor though. I'd definitely buy that permanent, since it would most likely go with all the armors out there.

I'm pretty sure Luck isn't useless. It affects drop quality as well as drop rate (if you have over 100 Luck). My Lann has 107 luck and he always gets 4 items in normal and 5 items in hard, but not in cores. The normal amount of cores still drop, but when the battle results screen pops up I get one extra item.
Not so with my non-EAB 100 Luck Evie.

Aren't you supposed to get one more core in hard mode though? Or did you mean your Evie only gets 3 items in the same dungeon on normal.
