Whatever, Kaeporo. You don't know anything about magic, so keep your opinions for range-related threads.
I would suggest that you keep your opinions for magic-related threads, but you obviously don't know anything about magic.

I haven't really looked into G13 stuff too much since the entire thing reeks of disappointment left and right.
Weren't people saying that over-upgrades were so broken that egos as a whole are becoming pretty pointless?
Since this applies to all weapon types, that doesn't make Ego Wands any more meaningless than some other Ego.

Normal upgrades are the standard weapon shop upgrades. They provide random weapon-specific bonuses.
The artisan upgrade can replace the final normal upgrade. It randomly increases or decreases up to four random stats by a large amount.
Gem upgrades follow normal upgrades/the artisan upgrade. They provide random weapon-specific bonuses.
Special upgrades follow gem upgrades. They increase either the critical hit multiplier or minimum and maximum damage.
As an example, wands can be over-upgraded to provide up to +62% critical hit damage (212% total) or +18% magic damage.
The Trinity Staff can boost magic damage by
at least 31% (10% Normal, 3% Gem, 18%) while bolt damage can be further increased by 15% with three charges. This excludes the artisan upgrade which can provide up to 70 intelligence.
