I would be happy if they just add a skill the is different when used with different equips. For example
Dark Knight Active Skill - Darkness
Melee weapons: Add's a coat of dark energy around the blade strengthening it with each attack to monsters. For every 10 attacks the Dark Knight can use Dark Pulse. Each 10 attacks adds power and an extra wave. Caps at 10 at r1 Darkness.
Dark Pulse makes the Dark knight immobile while it releases a Massive AoE wave, stunning all those in path then kbing them on the final wave. Each wave is additive damage and will add up on each wave then explode on final wave.
Each 10 attacks adds: +5 max damage, +1 wave and +100% damage to DP, +300 range, infinite mob count
Range weapons: Add's a coat of dark energy around the bow and arrow strengthening it with each attacks to monsters. For every 10 attacks the Dark Knight can use Dark Rain. Each 10 attacks adds power and an extra dark cloud. Caps at 10 at r1 Darkness.
Dark cloud makes a cloud summon over the Dark Knight whenever it attacks. At r1 up to 10 clouds can be formed into a super cloud. The Dark Knight can then fire an arrow into the cloud which will release an AoE arrow attack of up to 1000% damage to surrounding mobs.
Each 10 attacks adds: +5 max damage, +1 cloud and +100% damage to DR, +400 range, infinite mob count
Mage weapons: Add's a coat of dark energy around the wand/staff strengthening it with each magic attack to monsters. For every 10 attacks the Dark Knight can use Dark bolt. Each 10 attacks adds power and an extra dark bolt. Caps at 10 at r1 Darkness.
Dark bolt makes a bolt summon around the Dark Knight whenever it attacks. At r1 up to 10 clouds can be formed into a either a Ball, Spear or into Thunder. The Advance magic is powered up with the element of darkness making it stronger beyond levels of humans.
Each 10 attacks adds: +5 max damage, +1 bolt.
Dark Spear: 2000% damage, Throwing range: 3500, AoE range: 750, infinite mob count, 15 seconds charge, causes surviving monsters to lose 10 hp/ second for 30 seconds
Dark Ball: 3000% damage, Throwing range: 2000, AoE range: 1000, infinite mob count, 1min charge, causes surviving monsters to stay on the ground for 30 seconds, but once attacked they will attack you like normal.
Dark Thunder: 250% each strike, up to 10 strikes, Throwing range: 3000, Aoe range: 500, infinite mob count, 30 seconds charge, causes 20 second stun.
Each final attack will take off 25% hp and will force the Drk into disarm. Darkness 1st stage can be used during the whole transformation but will disappear in Disarm. Each final attack can only be used once.

I wouldn't mind if there were more specialization options (T>str boost for more dexdexdex), although I can't imagine devcat making any real changes to transformations any time in the foreseeable future.

I wish for a sort of redemption thing, but it gets stuck halfway. So your litterally pally and DK, so pally armor covered in chains and ripped cloth, and part of the DK armor is getting lighter. And one wing /o/ and its problem would be that When it starts bleeding, all its stats start draining too, and when your human your stats will slowly go back up

Nah, bad idea imo. Trans is supposed to be "god-mode" for 5 minutes, so specialization shouldn't come into play. At least that's how I feel.

Main point was having diversity (people are already being specialized when they rank things like of Hand over Mind)
And
@Koishi there's a skill that's literally has the word God in it, I would've thought that that was "Godmode" (talking about demigod)
