What I did was uninstalled everything mabinogi. Then I installed from an old installer, v65R. I let the game patch itself from there and everything was fine. I have a second computer I'm trying to fix giants on and this fix didn't work. I'm gonna start trying the other things you guys have listed.

I downloaded the setup light version, and the installation was jacked. It went straight to the pop-up, and said "This version of installation is invalid" or something of the sort.
I deleted it and am downloading it again. :\

Mine and my friend's giants are derped. We took that link but whenever we run our game with those previous packages, it seems like all of them but the most recent version (71 Pack) are removed..
Fresh downloads by the by.

Another way is to delete 4 .DAT files then leaving Mabinogi to patch up.

Does this really work?

I'll post here to say that the method in the first post worked for me. My client was fine, til I did my little test to see how long it would take to re-install. So then I had to uninstall again and re-install the light version first. Note to self, stop testing things.

It's seriously scary how they look, their body parts are all over the place when I see them holding certain weapons and wearing certain clothes.
Like the event stuff (Glory Sword, Hebona, etc)

Could someone post the fix for this please because I still have it too.

Uninstall Mabinogi.
Go to the
Download page on the main site. Download the Client without the music files. That should fix your Giants.
Also, just so you won't have to download the music again, move the mp3 folder in the Mabinogi folder out of that folder and just move it back in there after you reinstall the game. This will save you time in downloading the music, as you already have it.

I also heard a fix yesterday thats easier, I'm trying it out right now. You can into the mabi folder and delete the version.dat
Supposedly this is easier but its taking forever to repatch......like longer than a normal patch.

Also, Phunkie should merge this with the official thread.
