  Fomor Attack on basic with CP gear is the new way to rank wm. Just do the top floor in like 30 seconds and go grab new mission. 40 or so mob kills in less than a minute.
  
  Also best for any AOE attack training (other than crash where zombies work better).

  Oh yes, it is worth leveling up to Rank 1.
  
  Ignore all pain and suffering and WM Zombies till your fingers are sore and bleeding.

  r4 Windmill took me about 4 hours of Longa Arrow Dungeon spamming.
  
  Just dual-wield upgraded swords (I used gladius) and you should be able to 1hko the mob there with ease

  Did that on my human. When they hit Awful at rank 2 WM, I grabbed a few CP gear and turned them boss and kept spinning.

  Well, on my Giant the FIRST thing I did was blast myself in the face with CP gear and spammed windmill everywhere. At rank 2 I was seeing Kobolds as boss, so I was having a total blast in Math dungeon.

  I think the Zombies in Their Method have more HP and is stronger too (but it's better than having to compete with another player for the Zombies in TNN sometimes)
  
  and I barely remember the days of WM training on my human now, I never had any -CP gear so I had to buy tender pots from shops/house board xD
  when the 35(?) minute ones came out I used some of those at the later ranks
  
  WM was the first skill I decided to train when I moved onto my giant (so much easier to get to r4 :Q AP was the main issue too)

  This, my zombies hitted awful at like r4-r3. Gladly i counted in that and had a -CP armor available already
