I naturally think in both English and Korean.
Primarily English, but I can naturally think in Korean too.
Now I CANNOT think in Spanish. I know plenty of it, but it needs to be constantly translated and the words need to be searched in my head before I can form a proper thought.

I cram what I learn into my head, but since my studies aren't advanced enough it's more or less small tidbits of random things, like Japanese, but not enough nor fluent enough to defaultly completely think in it.
