Which Evie should I choose?

  Well, mages have always been a popular class across MMO's and so have female characters. There's only two female characters right now, one's a bit like an asssassin sorta glass cannon type of thing, which are also extermely popular. So, if you combine mage+assassin... yeah, go figure why most people choose her, not to mention she's one of of the two female classes.
  
  Of course, right now there is a disparity leaving 2 female classes to the 1 male. But soon we'll have 2 female, 2 male, and then 2 female and 3 male. So, we already have all the females we're gonna get for some time.
  
  Korea just got Karok and they don't even have Kai yet. Maybe they'll add more female classes in the future beyond that, or maybe more in general. Heck, I'd love both genders of each class cause I'd love Lann's playstyle but I don't want a male character, just not my thing. Same for Karok.
  
  But yeah, it's basically people that prefer female characters are gonna do two things, either the tank or the mage/assassin and the latter tend to be more popular. And well, Lann vs Scythe Evie is mostly what one you prefer looks wise, although there are some serious differences, they're both fairly big damage classes and have better dodges than the others.
  
  So... basically...
  
  Tanks, Mages, Assassins, pedos, and pervs. It's no wonder they're popular! :P
  
  And well, of course Evie... I think she caters to the most things out of all the available classes thus far, so it's understandable she's the most popular class thus far.

  I can't speak for west, but on east, I see a pretty even mix of staves and scythes, and the striking majority are hybrids.

  Nothing stops the devs from adding new characters, even after they release Kai.

  It's based off Mabinogi Lore though, so I don't really think we'll be seeing anymore characters. o_o; Unless they decide to change some of the lore or add something, which would.. kind of make a mess of it. xD Who knows! I'm happy with the characters we have now (and are going to get) since they cover all the bases.
  
  Also, Arus is right. That was actually one of the best posts I've seen about the Staffies, lol. Just play what you think you'd like more. There's videos to show the playstyles posted in the media section. Don't forget though, Vindictus is a relatively new game. It's bound to have characters revamped/nerfed/pumped up. So don't just choose a class going, "Whee, they pwn!" and then cry later if something happens. D:

  For a Staffy, I will always always always suggest Cloth. Your damage boost will come from that armor, and since you're just starting off now.. The AP you'd have to put into weight management and light armor isn't worth it.
