Evie Skill Question

K, so I'm a lv29 Staff Evie with these skills: (well these are the ones I think are most important so far)

Int Mastery A
Magic Arrow A
Magic Mastery A
Magic Crit C
Eagle Talon E
Firebolt E
Stamina Rec D
Agi Mastery E
Staff Mastery E

That's largely in order of priority. So I don't feel the need to work on the last 3 as much, though I know that ranking them up at some point will be a good idea.

Basically my plans for now are...
1. As soon as I get to lv30, get rank 9 Magic Arrow
2. Cap Magic Crit
3. Cap Eagle Talon
4. Cap Firebolt

In that order.

So my question is, is there anything else I should take into consideration?

[Please note: I am not interested in alchemy. I won't bother with that until after I can say I've maxed out all my magic.]
