I've been really yearning to get into a party and play a bit in the dungeons kind of similar to Vindictus. I find whenever set ups a party they have this weird lingo I can't understand. Is there a dungeon party finder thingy like in WoW or kind of like Vindictus?
I want to try some Ciar dungeon, I heard the Shadow Missions were the new bee's knees so I've gotten all the way to the dark knight in those g9 quests. Please halp, I want to get some booty soon for my elven maiden.

You can try clicking on the party board, and hoping they will put their party on the board. You can also go to the party section of the chat to see if they have a party up. Weird Lingo? Is it in boxes? If so, it is a foreign language they are talking in, and it most likely to be non-latin based language.
Try joining a guild, it is easier to form party in popular guilds with people around your level. People tend to solo or party with friends nowadays than random people.

The weird lingo is usually people trying to sell things using the dungeon system to broadcast.
Just go to the actual dungeon you want to join and find parties there.
However, you're still gonna see some lingo. It's usually the version of the dungeon though.

Go to Tailteann Stonehenge and you will find plenty of people with party signs on. Most likely Defeat Shadow Wizard or Provocation, Crag Cow, Stones, etc.

Hmm I'll look for some of the guilds on the forums then. It still kind of puzzles me why they can't have a system like Vindictus, except more I dunno, efficent?

Except that Vindi is the second game, so it's the one that's more efficient.

I thought Vindi was the prequel? Anyways not to start a giant fight about that I'll try and see if I get recruited into a guild or find a good group or friends to dungeon with.

Prequel only in setting.
It's technically the daughter game to Mabinogi.

ciar really is a ghost town now. u can surf all the channels at ciar, and you might a party who wants another person if you're lucky. i'd say best bet for finding people is tailt stone henge ch1, where there is usually a party recruiting for wizard basic / int. if nobody has a party up, it means most likely they are too lazy to get the mission. in that situation you should get a mission and recruit~ wait for people to join and you'll have a decent sized party in no time. some people recruit people for a party at dunbarton ch1, since that's the hub of the mabinogi world, in ruairi at least.
