  China is not NEARLY as bad as North Korea.
  China does indeed have propaganda, but they're not completely closed off from the rest of the world. They know whats out there.
  
  North Koreans really don't know what anything is. They don't know about the technology of the world, they don't know that we're all very happy the way we are, they don't know that they ARE the enemy of the world. They're happy to serve their country under their mighty and just leader to help spread the joy of serving under the great and illustrious Kim Jung Il, who, using his cunning and fair righteousness blessed upon him by God himself, will eventually conquer the world and purge the evils of Democracy.
  
  This is why war sucks. The people that fight are just victims of unawareness and propaganda. And they fight for what they truly believe to be the best. Otherwise they wouldn't risk their lives out in the battle field.
