I'm pretty sure ego Iron Mace is the best 1h Giant ego in terms of raw damage.
18~192 at lvl 40 stats.

Don't forget those stats are incomplete. The Iron Mace will all level 40 stats has 201 max.

According to
Wiki at YYDZH, pure level 40 stats iron mace is 22-202 damage range.
An estimation of level 50 stats is 23-240 damage range.
Regardless of lack of picture or whatever, it is safe to say that Iron Mace is the best 1H Ego for Giants.
