My answer is: exp doesn't matter.
Casual gameplay reaches max level and cycles 8 times before nexon raises the cap again.

You have a limited amount of tokens.
You have more than enough time to burn through all of them while soloing.
So Soloing is better EXP

If you have enough time to max out token usage, I definitely recommend soloing for exp grinding.
I recently grinded my Scythe Evie from 24 to 40 (bloody thread, then I relaxed) pretty darn quickly this way. Duoing is only more worth it if you don't have enough time to spend all of your tokens soloing.

But you get a nice +50% gold when you hit max level so you would technically be still getting more bang for your buck if you solo.

duo with someone decent (doesnt die every second), especially for the later boats, especially if you're a class that has poorer mob control like staff and fiona.
chances are you aren't perfect and making a mistake and dying at the end of a long-ass run solo isn't ideal to say the least; being in a party of 2 has its advantage that Goddess Graces are unecessaire unless your partner dies rezzing you ... P: this is all imo.

^This. It really depends on your class. Trash mob really gets in the way when you are trying to speed things up, especially those that spawn at opposite sides of the room.

You could also have really good friends who can come to your rescue if you die in a really long solo run!! D: It's too bad the combo that I tend to run with is Fiona + Staffy which is like... using a 1 inch by 1 inch trash compactor with a 2 inch by 2 inch trash compactor! D:

lol!! you two are cute. I'm sure theres no speed dungeon runs in your futures, but I'm equally sure you two have fun! I'm glad papas a spear to my fio and a scythe to my staff to make the game easier for us both, though. bahaha:lol:

xD I could go Scythe to make Heretic's life easier, but where's the fun in that?! He's gotta work for it. *cracks the whip*. He scares me as a Lann though, so I tend to edge away from playing with his.
Oh oh! BUT! We do speed runs. ;D We do speed runs in boat 1! *cough* And duo Lagho, though that's slow as heck and I tend to get caught on the ores. It's like I have bad luck with corner fighting.

same, feels good to kill embermain in one smash/firebolt *_*
and yea, duoing is ballsy since I tend to get cornered by the spider and spam hs for my life with green lagho ass as far as the eye can see.
and I feel the same with lanns, I'd only play to do dailies rather than technical runs D: dangerouss

The first attempt we ever did at a two-man was.. uhm.. giggle worthy. We only started it because no one else wanted to spear kill and get the spike off. But I find it pretty fun now that we know what we're doing. lol. The first time for those is always interesting!
But yes. :P On topic: As you can see, Duo'ing is fun when you have a regular partner. Find someone you like as a friend, then force them to be your buddy for all times. Kind of like what I did with Heretic and Teaberry. THEY HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER! *cackles* >_> *cough*

I vouch for the awesomeness and funness of duoing with a close friend.
